Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production SBU Lead to oversee our production operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated team, ensuring efficient project execution, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in project management, and a deep understanding of production workflows in the real estate visualization industry.
Qualifications
- B.tech/B.Arch and MBA.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in the industry.
- A production lead would be an individual from the 3D Visualization production background.
- Excellent client servicing/accounts management.
- Leadership and Team management skills.
Job Profile
- Project and Production Management for the teams assigned.
- Client relationship management and servicing for assigned jobs – owner of assigned project.
- Ensuring smooth working relationship with clients.
- Attending client Brief Meetings/ Taking Approvals/ Seeking Inputs – Single Point of Contact of the Company for assigned projects.
- Responsible for developing a detailed project briefing after capturing all the requirements from Sales Teams/ Client.
- Development of project implementation and delivery plan in coordination with Team Leads.
- Coordinate with creative, interior, modeling and post production teams for timely delivery.
- Mentoring and review of Team Leads.
- Maintaining team satisfaction, motivation and high morale at all given times.
- Providing feedback on work delivered to the specific teams from time to time.
- Coordination with Team Leads and Sales Team for a balanced production flow.
- Taking critical decisions involving life-cycle of all projects on floor.
- CRM Management and Updates.
- Invoicing on Time and Payment Realizations.
- HR functions for Team including hiring (with HR team), Leave management and those impacting team member’s stay as well as growth in company.
- Reporting manager for all team leads which shall form a part of his SBUs and work in close coordination with the sales team.
- Client interactions/servicing and production management would be the sole responsibility of Production Lead.
