The Experience Centre we built for Neotia, echoed a strong brand connect. From the colours to the displays, panels, artworks, signages, accessories and furniture, every element was curated and designed with a sense of brand recall. Even the floors and the ceilings, we ensured, echoed the sentiments of the brand, its rich legacy without ever being overwhelming or obstructive.
Besides building regular features like the Credibility Area, Product Area, a dedicated AV room and a Customer Interaction Zone, this particular EC also had space for a small back office. The challenge, and possibly what made this execution even smarter, was the carefully thought usage of materials. We had to choose elements that would be easily accessible and replicable since the EC would be functional for an extended period implying, elements and aspect would change from time to time. In other words, this EC was also crafted to be self-sustaining.
An intelligent mix of installations that were easy to mould in the brand’s style, mixed with touch screens and multi-media applications provided an engaging brand building experience. The success of this particular EC also helped bag another one for the same client.
